The nation’s favourite fitness franchise, F45 Training, will be running their infamous outdoor workouts, F45 Track, across the UK and Europe from Saturday 16th October.  Hosted by the face of F45TV, Cory George, this is an opportunity to get the heart pumping and become part of the most innovative fitness concept in the world.

F45 Track is free to join and open to existing F45 members and first-timers, so bring your friends, family, and colleagues, to enjoy a 45-minute sweat-fest, combining your favourite cardio and resistance exercises. There will be giveaways and plenty of fun to be had along the way.
