This panel discussion will be held at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, room BS 5.01.

What to expect?

Everyone is welcome – creatives, entrepreneurs, and the simply curious. Expect engaging speakers sharing insights, experiences, and stories from the world of entrepreneurship. Panel discussion Topic: From Idea to Impact: How Entrepreneurs Spot Opportunities. This is a brilliant opportunity to learn from the experts and network with likeminded professionals.

Our speakers

We will be joined by and impressive lineup of speakers, with an abundance of knowledge and expertise to share:

  • Mary Fashanu, Principal Consultant at The Maverick Group
  • James Spiers, Innovation Development Manager at the GM Business Growth Hub
  • Aimee Howells, Founder and Director of Squad Goals Global
  • James Crawley, Academic Lead for the Centre for Digital Innovation

The panel will be moderated by Christopher Taylor, Reader at the Centre for Enterprise.

Times

The panel discussion will take place from 17:00 until 18:00. Registration for the panel opens at 16:30.

What is the Pop-up Living Lab?

This panel discussion is a part of a dynamic, week-long Living Lab where anyone interested can step into an open innovation environment and help businesses tackle real challenges. Experience innovation first-hand, shape real ideas, and contribute your perspective to questions that matter. Our temporary Pop-Up Living Lab is taking place 20–24 April from 15:30-17:00 at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School.
